The full size ribbon is 32mm wide, and consists of an orange watered centre (16mm), with thin stripes of white (3mm) and black (1.5mm) at each side, and borders of royal blue (3mm).

The miniature ribbon is 16mm wide, and consists of an orange watered centre (8mm), with thin stripes of white (1.5mm) and black (0.5 mm) at each side, and borders of royal blue (1.5 mm).
