BURMA STAR – LOOSE RIBBON

All loose ribbon is supplied in 20cm lengths as full size or miniature.

The full size ribbon is 32mm wide, The centre of the ribbon has a red stripe (10mm) representing the Commonwealth forces with outer stripes of dark blue (3.5mm) representing the British forces. The dark blue bands each have at their centres a stripe of bright orange (4mm) symbolising the sun.

The miniature ribbon is 16 millimetres wide, The centre of the ribbon has a red stripe (5mm) representing the Commonwealth forces with outer stripes of dark blue (1.75mm) representing the British forces. The dark blue bands each have at their centres a stripe of bright orange (2mm) symbolising the sun.
